Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement
Supplements the HustlX Officials Terms & Conditions
Effective date: May 27, 2026
1. Who This Applies To
This supplement applies to anyone who officiates, scores, times, coaches, or administers matches through HustlX — including referees, scorers, timekeepers, table crew, technical committees, and association admins acting on their behalf. It applies in addition to the main HustlX Officials Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
HustlX Officials is a platform under the HustlX brand operated by HustlX Information Technology Solutions (“HustlX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Credentials and Affiliations
You agree that the credentials, certifications, levels, affiliations, and association memberships you list on your profile are truthful and current. If a credential lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, you will update your profile promptly. Associations and organizing bodies may verify, dispute, or correct these records.
3. Availability and Assignments
When you indicate availability, accept an offered assignment, or confirm a seminar slot, you commit to showing up on time, prepared, and in proper attire as the association or organizer requires. If you must withdraw, notify the association or organizer as early as reasonably possible through the portal or the agreed channel.
HustlX does not guarantee that any particular assignment, seminar slot, evaluation outcome, or fee level will be offered to you. Assignment decisions remain with the relevant association, league, or organizing body.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree to act with integrity, neutrality, and respect on and off the court. This includes, without limitation:
- Treating athletes, coaches, organizers, fellow officials, and spectators with respect and without harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
- Following the rule set and competition format published by the league or organizing body and avoiding undisclosed conflicts of interest.
- Not soliciting or accepting payments, gifts, or favors intended to influence calls, scoring, time-keeping, eligibility, or assignment outcomes.
- Not consuming alcohol or impairing substances while on assignment, and not officiating under the influence of impairing substances.
- Safeguarding minors at all times and following any safeguarding rules of the association or organizing body, including no inappropriate one-on-one contact, no unsolicited media of minors, and prompt reporting of safety concerns.
5. Evaluations and Records
Associations, organizers, and HustlX-supported evaluators may record assignment outcomes, performance evaluations, attendance, and conduct notes. These records may be used to inform future assignment, seminar, and certification decisions. You may request access or correction through the relevant association, organizer, or HustlX support.
6. Abuse, Safety, and Incident Reporting
If you witness or experience abuse, harassment, threats, match-fixing, age fraud, eligibility fraud, or any unsafe situation, report it as soon as practical through the portal, the relevant association or organizer, or support@hustlx.com . Incidents involving minors should be escalated immediately. HustlX may cooperate with associations, organizers, and authorities as required by law.
7. Payment Coordination
Game fees, honoraria, allowances, transportation, meals, and similar payments are agreed between officials and the relevant association, league, organizer, or organizing body. HustlX may display references such as expected game fees or contact details for coordination purposes; it does not collect, hold, or remit those payments unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You are responsible for your own taxes, statutory contributions, and any required invoices or receipts for the payments you receive.
8. Independent Professional Status
Nothing in this supplement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and HustlX. You officiate as an independent professional or as a member of your association or organizing body. You are responsible for your own insurance, licensing, equipment, and travel arrangements unless the association or organizer agrees otherwise.
9. Suspension and Discipline
HustlX may suspend, restrict, or remove your access to the portal if there is a credible report of a material violation of these rules, applicable law, or platform safety. Associations and organizing bodies remain responsible for their own discipline, eligibility, and certification decisions.
