Association Paid Booking Supplement

Supplements the HustlX Officials Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 22, 2026

1. Who This Applies To

This supplement applies to Associations that offer paid official bookings through the HustlX Officials portal, to the Association admins who manage those bookings and payout settings, and to the organizers, organizations, and individuals who submit and pay for booking requests (“Booking Customers”). It applies in addition to the main HustlX Officials Terms & Conditions, the Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement , and the Privacy Policy.

HustlX Officials is a platform under the HustlX brand operated by HustlX Information Technology Solutions (“HustlX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Important Notice

This supplement is provided for informational and contractual clarity. It is not legal advice. HustlX recommends that Associations and Booking Customers obtain advice from qualified counsel for their specific situation and jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot be waived by contract still apply where the law requires.

3. What Association Paid Booking Is (and Is Not)

HustlX provides online tools for Associations to publish role pricing, receive booking requests for officiating crews, and, where enabled, collect processor-backed payments for those bookings. We are a technology platform, not the Association, the officiating crew, or the agent of either, except as expressly stated in writing.

Contracts for the officiated engagement (including crew delivery, scheduling, conduct, and performance) are between the Association and the Booking Customer unless HustlX explicitly states otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Paid Association bookings are marketplace-style payments and are distinct from directly coordinated game fees, honoraria, and allowances described in the Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement, from fixed-price HustlX entitlements, and from wallet or bond top-ups.

4. Launch Status and Readiness

Paid booking payment acceptance remains disabled by default. Publishing role pricing or receiving a booking request does not by itself authorize payment collection.

Paid-booking readiness requires platform payment enablement, Association paid-booking enablement, parent-Organization payment account readiness for collections and payouts, acceptance of the current version of these terms by an authorized Association admin, a selected verified payout destination, and provider and legal launch approval. Until those conditions are met, Associations must not collect or represent that HustlX processes paid booking payments.

No retention percentage, fee allocation, settlement timing, recipient payout, or tax treatment is promised by this draft. Any approved paid-booking terms must be disclosed in the applicable product flow or a separate written agreement before payment.

5. Terms Versions and Acceptance

HustlX maintains a current terms version for Association paid booking. An authorized Association admin accepts the current version through an authenticated checkbox in the portal. The accepted version, the accepting admin, and the acceptance time are recorded.

When the current terms version changes, paid-booking readiness is paused until an authorized Association admin accepts the new version. Booking Customers accept the current customer-facing terms at checkout before payment. A user cannot select or submit a terms version of their own choosing.

6. Payout Destination

Association booking payouts route only to one verified payout destination owned by the Association's parent Organization. Association finance surfaces show masked destination details only and never expose private account numbers.

Destination selection and changes are recorded with the acting admin and time. Selecting a destination does not promise a payout amount, schedule, or settlement timing; payouts depend on payment processor confirmation, readiness conditions, and any approved product policy or separate written agreement.

7. Payment Confirmation, Fees, and Records

If paid booking is approved and enabled, the product flow will identify the amount charged and any applicable transaction fee before the Booking Customer commits. Processor-backed payment completion depends on payment processor confirmation, not a browser return page or receipt upload alone.

Associations must keep their role pricing and payment-related information accurate and must not use HustlX to mislead Booking Customers or evade an approved payment rule. HustlX may retain transaction and status records needed to operate the service, reconcile payment events, prevent duplicate fulfillment, support users, and comply with applicable requirements.

8. Currency and Taxes

The enabled product flow will show the transaction currency. Tax, invoice, and receipt treatment depends on the approved product policy and applicable law; this draft does not state a particular tax outcome.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a paid booking payment is refundable only where the booked officiating service is not delivered. Cancellations for change of mind are not refundable. Where an enabled booking flow discloses a more favorable cancellation or refund rule, the disclosed rule applies to that booking. Refund requests must be submitted through support within thirty (30) days of the scheduled engagement date, or of the payment date if no engagement date applies.

Where a refund is issued for a booking payment collected for an Association, any transaction fee that the payment processor does not return is borne by the Association or its parent Organization as an expense of the refund and is not deducted from the amount returned to the Booking Customer. Nothing in this section limits remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Contact support for the policy and evidence requirements that apply to a specific transaction.

10. Bond Reserve Separation

Association and official bond reserves, and the top-ups that fund them, are HustlX ledger entries and are separate from paid booking payments and payouts. A bond credit is not a processor refund and is not a representation of funds held by the payment processor.

11. Delivery and Conduct

Crew assignment, availability, attendance, and conduct for booked engagements remain governed by the Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement and by the rules of the Association or organizing body. HustlX does not guarantee that any particular official, crew, or assignment outcome will be available for a booking.

12. Relationship to Main Terms

This supplement is part of your agreement with HustlX when you offer, manage, or pay for Association bookings. If there is a conflict between this supplement and the main Terms & Conditions , the more specific term for paid bookings usually governs that topic; otherwise the main Terms apply. The main Terms remain in full force except as expressly modified here for Association paid booking.

13. Governing Law

This supplement is governed by the same governing law as the main Terms (Republic of the Philippines), unless the main Terms specify otherwise.
