Terms & Conditions

HustlX Officials portal · officials.hustlx.com

Effective date: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

HustlX Officials is a platform under the HustlX brand operated by HustlX Information Technology Solutions (“HustlX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The HustlX Officials portal helps referees, scorers, timekeepers, association admins, coaches, and other game officials register profiles, manage availability, accept assignments, attend seminars, and coordinate with organizing bodies. By accessing or using HustlX Officials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy , the Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement , and any applicable product rules posted in-app. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must provide accurate account, identity, and officiating-credential information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

If you create or manage an association, seminar, training program, or officials roster on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Sign-In Methods

HustlX supports email and password authentication and may also support Google sign-in or connected account flows where those features are enabled. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, access links, and connected account access secure.

4. Platform Role and Independent Status

HustlX provides software that helps officials, associations, and organizing bodies coordinate. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, HustlX is not your employer, hiring entity, agent, or staffing agency. Officials use the portal as independent professionals or as members of their own associations or organizing bodies, and are responsible for their own taxes, statutory contributions, licenses, certifications, and insurance to the extent applicable.

Game fees, honoraria, allowances, transportation, meals, and similar payments are agreed between officials and the relevant association, league, organizer, or organizing body, not between officials and HustlX. HustlX may surface these arrangements in the portal for coordination purposes only.

5. Minors and Third-Party Data

Some officiating contexts involve minor players, student-athletes, school programs, and youth leagues. If you submit data about minors or other third parties, including rosters, attendance, evaluations, or media, you are responsible for having the permissions, parental or guardian consents, and lawful basis required to do so.

6. Public Profiles, Directories, and Records

Certain content on HustlX Officials may be visible to other users or to the public, including official profiles, role pages (referees, scorers, timekeepers, coaches, committees), association pages, seminar listings, and training listings. Do not upload or publish content unless you are allowed to share it.

By submitting content to the portal, you authorize HustlX to host, process, reproduce, and display it as reasonably necessary to operate the service and your chosen visibility settings.

7. Assignments, Availability, and Conduct

Assignment offers, availability windows, evaluations, and conduct standards are governed by the Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement and by the rules of the association, league, or organizing body you participate with. HustlX does not guarantee a minimum volume of assignments, fees, hours, or income.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading content, and not to interfere with the portal's normal operation, security, or availability.

This includes, without limitation, misrepresenting officiating credentials or affiliations, falsifying assignment or evaluation records, attempting unauthorized access, or using the portal in a way that harms minors, athletes, organizers, fellow officials, or other users.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data processed on HustlX is handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and related National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances in the Philippines. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Suspension, Discipline, or Termination

HustlX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or address material violations of these Terms. Associations and organizing bodies remain responsible for their own internal discipline, eligibility, and certification decisions.

11. Platform Availability and Records

We work to keep HustlX Officials available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Assignments, schedules, evaluations, notifications, and other portal records may be corrected, delayed, or updated as information changes or is reviewed.

12. Limitation of Liability

HustlX Officials is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HustlX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to portal use, on-court or on-site incidents, association or organizer decisions, or payments handled outside the platform.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the portal, these Terms, or related product rules from time to time. Continued use of HustlX Officials after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement

If you officiate, score, time, coach, or administer matches through HustlX, additional rules apply, including conduct expectations, availability and assignment handling, evaluations, abuse reporting, and payment-coordination disclosures.

Read the full supplement here: Officials Conduct & Engagement Supplement .

16. Payments and Entitlements

Fixed-price HustlX entitlements. Annual Registration, annual add-ons for administrator seats or gallery storage, and league team admissions are fixed-price HustlX entitlements. The applicable item, quantity, billing period, subtotal, and total are shown in the relevant product flow.

Checkout may include a separately disclosed transaction fee shown with the resulting total before you confirm. A fee shown for one product or payment flow does not establish the fee for another flow.

Payment authority. Payment processor confirmation controls payment completion and entitlement activation for processor-backed purchases. A browser return page, uploaded receipt, or payment reference does not by itself activate a processor-backed entitlement.

Top-ups. Organization wallet top-ups and official or association bond top-ups fund a ledger or reserve and are separate from fixed-price entitlement purchases. The funded amount and any applicable fee are shown before confirmation. A bond credit is a HustlX ledger entry, not a processor refund or a representation of funds held by the processor.

Official bookings. Official booking payments are marketplace-style payments between the relevant parties and are distinct from fixed-price entitlements and top-ups. The product flow will show the amount charged and any applicable fee before confirmation. No particular retention, settlement timing, or recipient payout is promised unless it is stated in an approved product policy or separate written agreement. Refund, cancellation, and dispute treatment depends on the applicable product policy and law. Where paid Association booking is enabled, the Association Paid Booking Supplement applies to those bookings.
